Where you at?

Or, more precisely, where are we moving?

Here is a quick zoom into where we're going to live come June, maybe...maybe meaning June...not sure of dates, yet.

First off, here's the overall city. You'll note the airport in the lower right. Possible to get flights into there, or possibly fly into Denver, which is just about 60 miles to our place from the Denver airport.


You can also see Gleneagle Golf Course and the Airforce Academy, which is right near our place.

This second view is a little closer. You can see that you would take the North Gate Rd exit and take the first left on Struthers.


This next view is the handout from the Tall grass community. In the previous picture you can see that the community is not on the map, yet. But the location is marked. Struthers road is the main road off North Gate and you can see how you'd pull onto Air Garden Lane to come into Tallgrass.


We just love the name Tallgrass. Pretty cool. We're not quite as keen on Airman Way. But, hey, it's just the street name, right?

This last image is a close-up which shows details of the lot and adjoining lots. Our lot, Lot 46, is 8574 sq ft. This view shows the lengths of the sides.

This is mostly for dad, because I know how he's all into the lot size, since we talked about it earlier. Should be ok. The house is about 45 feet wide. So, there isn't much room on the front of the lot being only 44 feet wide. Hopefully the neighors get smaller homes, so there is more of an easement between the houses.

But, it does look tight....here's a rough estimate what it will look like on the lot:
